Virtual Assistant support for
In a bit of a pickle? It happens to everyone
Virtual Assistant for passionate business owners
Helping you grow your business, get more sales, and get the self-care you deserve
You’re incredibly busy, ambitious, and capable.
But, we all need a little bit of help sometimes, no matter how good we are at our jobs.
There’s magic in getting the right support at the right time. When you delegate the tasks you don’t want to do, can’t do, or don’t have time to do, you can switch your focus to actually growing your business.
Perhaps most importantly, delegating is a surefire way to avoid burn out. At a highly pressurised time, like when a team member is off or there’s a seasonal rush, adding more to your workload and trying to push through is not sustainable or healthy.
That’s where Pip Doleman & Associates come in.
What happens when you work with a Virtual Assistant?
Keeping it super simple
From the enquiry email you send me right up until the last invoice, it’s my job to make your life easier.
Here are the 5 straightforward steps to take you from overwhelmed to extra calm.
It all begins with an email from you to me, and then we have a discovery call together.
After our call, I’ll put together a quote and a proposal for you. Once you’re ready to go, I’ll send over a contract for you to sign.
If we need one, we’ll do a detailed onboarding call where you hand over precisely what you need from me/ my associate.
We have a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly check in call so I can update you on progress and you can delegate further tasks.
I’ll send an invoice at the end of each month for our agreed hours with a summary of time tracked and tasks done.
There’s absolutely no way you can go overbudget or get a surprise invoice because everything we do is agreed in advance. And while we’re tackling the tasks you don’t have time for, you can concentrate on what you love: running your business. (Or having some much- needed self-care.)
Can it get simpler than that?
A team of Virtual Assistants working for businesses all over the UK
Pip Doleman & Associates work exclusively with UK businesses, mainly so we’re in the same time zone as our clients, but also so we’re fully insured, and accountable to the same laws. This has specific impact for GDPR, which is something we take extremely seriously.
Although each member of my team is in a different part of the country, and in fact, one is in Spain, our main base is my home in Leicestershire. I get to enjoy living in the peace and quiet, and I get to walk in the countryside, but I’m also able to support varied, exciting businesses throughout the UK.
I’m not limited by location, and neither is technology. We all work remotely using Zoom, Trello, shared calendars, and whatever software our clients need.
Whether you’re in London, Leeds, or Loch Ness, my team and I are in your corner.
A whole team of Virtual Assistants ready to help you
Meet Pip and her associates
There’s a reason I’m often described as “a safe pair of hands”.
It’s my unflappable manner, it’s my valuable skills, and it’s my years of admin experience which have earned me that title.
And, while it’s true, I am a safe pair of hands, it’s not what I’m proudest of. Perhaps what I’m most proud of is my ability to work with absolutely everyone. From the CEO of a huge corporate business to a solopreneur just starting out, it’s my job to meet you where you are and get you to where you want to be.
It’s not always me you’ll be working with, of course. I have a whole team of talented VAs. Each one of them is calm, capable, and personable. And, they all have specific skills and experience – which is exactly why I hired them.
A few months of our support, and a huge difference to your results, revenue, and rest.
How much does a Virtual Assistant cost?
Investing in your business couldn’t be easier
The price for investing in our support is £38 per hour.
Generally, when working on a short-term project, you’ll have a specific task which needs to be done. Our team can focus entirely on your project, and you’ll work closely with your VA until your short-term task is achieved. We’ll agree in advance the number of hours you need, and if we think you need more or fewer hours, we’ll discuss this with you during the project.
Together, in the discovery call, we’ll discuss exactly what you want to achieve short term, and how many hours this is likely to take. Your VA won’t go over the agreed hours, and you’ll be invoiced at the end of the month. You’ll never receive an unexpected invoice, or for a surprise amount.
We always keep you in the loop.

Frequently Asked Questions
What even is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant is a person who helps you run your business by performing admin tasks you have no time, energy, or expertise to complete. For more information head to this blog, titled “What is a Virtual Assistant?”.
How can a Virtual Assistant help me?
To comprehensively answer this question, it’s probably best to have a discovery call. However, you can download a list of 99 tasks you can delegate to your VA right here.
How do I delegate tasks to you?
Easy! You can tell me or your associate via email, or via phone call, or your weekly, fortnightly, or monthly check in call.
What software do you use?
At Pip Doleman & Associates we use Trello to keep us organised and on track. You don’t have to use Trello if you don’t want to. We can work in a way you’re most comfortable with, and with whatever operations systems you prefer.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
This depends on exactly what work you need us to do, but the answer is likely, yes. We use LastPass to safely get your passwords and then we can get things done. We’ll only ever need passwords for the specific software or system you need us to work on and we’ll never ask for more data than we need.
Can I call you anytime?
Yes! There are lots of reasons you may need to contact me or your associate urgently and I’m happy to take your call. If you call me outside of my working hours, you can leave a message and I’ll pick it up when I am back to work.
How do you track the hours you work for my business?
We agree in advance how many hours I or my associates work for you in a month, and we’ll let you know when you hit that limit. We use a time tracker software to accurately record how long we work on each task for you.
What doesn’t a VA do?
Neither myself or my team are content creators or copywriters, so we don’t write blogs or write website copy, and we don’t take/create photos or videos. Likewise, we are not website developers so we cannot make changes to your website, other than updating what already exists. While we are very capable to maintain and monitor spreadsheets and to undertake some bookkeeping activities, we would recommend working with a qualified accountant for tax purposes.
