An experienced Virtual Assistant for British businesses
Achieving your ambitions, and grabbing the life you want
It’s fair to say, with over two decades of finance and corporate admin support, I’m an extremely safe pair of hands.
Over the years, I’ve seen and heard it all. From working with the biggest personalities, to working with the smallest budgets, nothing phases me.
I love being a Virtual Assistant, and I’m pretty good at it, if I do say so myself. There’s not much I can’t quickly turn my hand to. Off the top of my head, I manage travel arrangements, update calendars, do data entry, maintain records and spreadsheets, use just about every piece of CRM software which exists, write and schedule marketing emails, undertake research, adhere to compliance, upload social media post, fill out forms, stay on top of inboxes, and even handle event planning.
That’s probably not even a quarter of it!
While I get huge satisfaction out of ticking things of the to-do list, and being as efficient as I possibly can, that’s not the best bit of my job. It’s always my inspiring, dedicated clients which are the highlight of my day-to-day. I just love working with people, and I get a real kick out of supporting busy, brilliant business owners.
With my help business owners take on more clients, generate more revenue, or sometimes, just have a well-deserved break.

Achieving your ambitions, and grabbing the life you want
I love to work with heart-led, purposeful businesses.
It’s totally up to you how to define “heart- led”. Do you love talking about behaviour, culture, and leadership? Is your business working to make a positive change in the world? Then you have a heart-led business.
Aside from what you do day-to-day, if your business means you use your time to be with your family, or be your best self, well that’s also heart-led.
The business owners I work with are incredibly inspirational. I’ve seen wonderful leaders use their emotional intelligence as a strength, to get the best from people, and to develop loyal relationships.
I’m passionate about supporting my clients to feel fully content in their career, whatever that looks like for you.
Here’s a snapshot of who I love working with:
Don’t worry if your business isn’t listed, I still definitely want to hear from you.
Freelance Virtual Assistant
Life is for living, not just working
Starting my business was the culmination of a long journey. I was traditionally employed in various admin roles. And, while there was a lot to love about being employed, I wasn’t enjoying trying to squeeze myself into a role that just wasn’t me. I love working hard, and I love working with people but not at the expense of my values or wellbeing.
So, feeling unfulfilled and ready for new challenges I knew it was time to make a change. A tiny voice somewhere in my mind whispered, “you could start your own business as a VA”. It took a little while for me to discover my self-belief and the confidence, but once I’d found it, nothing could stop me.
Now I get to work according to my schedule, my needs, and my ambitions. I get to walk in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside whenever I want, I can work on myself with EFT, hypnosis, meditation, or grab a hot chocolate or an Earl Grey with my friends. I love the life I’ve created for myself.
Now every day I’m happy, energised, and hugely fulfilled. Perhaps it’s working with all the super inspiring business owners I get to call my clients.
Consistent Virtual Assistant support
I only work with the best
As my business has grown, so has my brilliant team. Each team member has their own brilliant skills. Depending on what support you need, you may work with one person from the team, or the whole team might collaborate.
Each person has been chosen by me for their talent, skills, and experience. I’ve trained them, and we chat regularly to discuss client needs.
Emma
If you’re looking for an admin whiz mixed with a creative, tech geek, you’ve found her! Emma has been immersed in the world of business for many years. She’s run her own successful small businesses, and she’s been a VA since 2021.
For her, the best bit of her job is the variety of the challenges she faces and getting to constantly upskill.
When Emma’s not working, she’ll be running around after her two young sons.
Kathy
Kathy is based in London and has worked in the Admin and PA field for over 24 years. She has a keen eye for detail and loves to organise and plan.
Since setting up as a VA in 2021, she now supports entrepreneurs with admin tasks. She loves to help them so they can go on to look after their clients and make even more sales.
You’ll often find Kathy out with friends or looking after her brother’s cat, Cupcake.
Nancy
After more than 10 years in corporate and third sector roles, Nancy decided to utilise her skills as a Virtual Assistant. She now supports small business owners and entrepreneurs with their admin needs.
She loves seeing her clients achieve their goals and knowing she’s part of another successful business.
Nancy loves to sew, knit, and crochet, walk her dogs, and swim in one of the many natural lakes, that Spain has to offer.
